L'Atelier del Costume nasce nei primi anni '90 dalla passione di Gabriella Zorzo, abile sarta veneziana cresciuta fra aghi e fili; una delle poche costumiste a Venezia che ancora costruiscono da sole le loro creazioni, con la cura, la manualità e la sapienza di un tempo. Oltre ai costumi ispirati agli splendori della Repubblica Serensissima, potrete trovare anche un vasto assortimento di oggettistica d'epoca, frutto di una raccolta minuziosa e appasionata fatta da Gabriella nel corso degli anni. The “Atelier del Costume” was born in the early nineties, growing from the passion of Gabriella Zorzo, a skilled Venetian dressmaker who grew up with needles and thread.

Gabriella is one of the last Venetian dressmakers still inspired by a vision of Venice’s past to create her own handiwork. Using her historical knowledge, she creates unique works of the dressmaker’s art, applying the same care and hand craftsmanship as the skilled artisans of  Venice’s past.

In addition to costumes inspired by the splendors of La Serenissima, you will also find a wide range of vintage collectibles, the result of years of meticulous and passionate research by Gabriella.

The “Atelier del Costume” is the right place for those loving the real handicrafts, all “made in Italy”, and bearing unique and unmistakeable witness to the authentic Venice.

 

 

Das „Atelier del Costume“ entsteht Anfang der Neunziger Jahre aus der Leidenschaft von Gabriella Zorzo, einer geschickten venezianischen Schneiderin, die zwischen Nadeln und Garnen groß geworden ist. Sie ist eine der wenigen Kostümschneiderin, die selber ihre Schöpfungen noch mit der Sorgfalt, dem handwerklichen Können und der Weisheit von früher anfertigt. Außer den von der Pracht der „Serenissima“ (Erlauchteste) Republik Venedig inspirierten Kostümen können Sie auch eine große Auswahl an Antiquitäten finden, die Gabriella im Laufe der Zeit leidenschaftlich und gewissenhaft angesammelt hat. L'Atelier de Costumes est né dans les années 90 de la passion de Gabriella Zorzo, une couturière Vénitienne qualifiée qui a grandi entre l'aiguille et le fil, l'une des rares créateurs de costumes à Venise qui construisent encore leurs créations à partir du soleil, avec le soin, la compétence et la sagesse d'autrefois. Outre un costume inspiré de la République Sérénissime, vous pouvez également trouver une grande  variété d'objets d'époque, le résultat d'une recherche minutieuse et passionnée faite par Gabriella au fil des années.
